This is a great salad for flushing your pregnant body of any swelling (edema) or just a way to eat healthy whether your pregnant or not.
- Green onions
- Dandelion greens
- 1 raw beet
- 1 whole cucumber
- Red leaf lettuce
- Bell Pepper
Make a dressing with olive oil, lemon juice and herbs to taste.
For HBP, Eat 2cups 2x day with 6 oz of protein. Or once a day if you’re not dealing with High Blood Pressure and its complications in pregnancy.
