Get some yummy protein at dinner with this recipe. 3 ounces of chicken has 30 grams of protein.

Chalmers Chicken
6-8 chicken breasts
1/4 C butter
1/3 C honey
1/4 C dijon mustard
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp basil or more if you like (sometimes I used the dried basil so use half the amount for dried basil)
Salt & Pepper to season chicken
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Melt all ingredients in a sauce pan, pour over chicken and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until done. Serve over rice.
I try to sear the chicken breasts just a little bit cause it makes them look a little better but you don’t have to.
